First of all, I'd like to say hello to everyone, as this is my first post. It feels good to join in!

I'm getting my windows tinted tomorrow with either 3M or Lumar. Any recommendations???

Also, although I've only had my car since October, I've noticed a film accumulating on the inside of the glass (as Honda glass inevitably does). Should I get this off before taking it in or let them do it? Anyone know of superior glass cleaning products???

i believe the film is due to the vinyl dash material reacting with the sun (or something like that) the shop will know what to do. i think this is common to all cars with partial vinyl interiors.

Thanks StanMan, I'll certainly mention that at the shop this morning.

I did find some stuff called Invisible Glass at Pep Boys yesterday-- the product's claim to fame is that it doesn't leave a residue like a foamy or detergent cleaner does.

I'm off to the shop!

Oh yeah, I have a 2002 Aegean Blue TLS w/o Navi, w/OEM wing (rather I hadn't gotten that option now...)
