well my wife recently convinced me to get rid of my 99 tl.............it was having major issues and now im in a 06 bmw 530i........i have a service manual for the second generation tl which shows you how to do all the maintanance on the car step by step. i also have an oil pan for a 99 tl which i never got a chance to install......but i have it here and i dont want it to go to waste....if your intrested in owning one or both hit me up........the first to reply will recieve it......well its been a pleasure owning a tl..........
