Gillman Acura Is Number One In My Book
Just a nice big Thank You, for all the Guys at Gillman Acura for resolving all our problems completely!
All Acura's may be pretty much the same; but we are happy that Gillman makes all the difference in the world - and has placed customer satisfaction at the top of the list.
As long as we buy Acura's, they will come from Gillman! Thanks Again to: "Steven" (who made the new 03 TLS the most shinest black ever!) to the top dog GM "Chad Milow" and everyone in between (too many people to thank) - - for a Job Well Done!
Yes, It May Be True, "Gillman" may out shine "Park Avenue" !
Thanks Again!

The things I noticed were common with all acura dealers are:
1. They give you the impression that they are running out of acuras and so you better buy one now...
2. If the salesperson you came to see is not around, the salesmanager will say that salesperson's grandmother passed away.
3. They tell you to give them high ratings in the surveys (so that they can display those awards and fool more customers). Even the finance manager requested us to give him high ratings.
4. If you tell one acura dealer, just as a courtesy, that you found a better deal somewhere else, note how the tone in their voice changes.. they don't care about you anymore and they are not your best friends anymore.
5. Three of the 6 sales people I dealt with in Texas dearships said they were new recruits...something tells me they made that up...
As far as I am concerned, a salesperson is a salesperson... out to make a profit
Sorry guys, just felt the need to vent after all those salespeople I had to deal with before I got my TL.
Thanks,
-Tom
Profit of salesperson = profit from your trade in car + profit from the new car + incentives + profit from financing = screwing you...

I got my acura from gillman. I'm NOT so pleased with them.
When I had difficulties because I was given the wrong code for my stereo..they couldn't help me. Also, when I dropped by to get my tires balanced, shapiro didn't even recognize that I had been in there to buy the car months before.
As well, I'm not too pleased with the half assed job they did on my car. Still has broken glass in the doors, stickers on the windows, loose side mirror, missing a few pieces and there are still a lotta paint chips and misc. scratches all over!
not to mention, it squeaks!

Just wait...
when I bought my TL-S from Goodson, my salesman and I became "good friends", he started to tell me all his personal stuff (don't know if it was true), i was like WTF? So I went along with him, bought the car, came to see him 6 mos. later for warranty work and he acted like he never seen me before. gotta tell ya, when these people are selling the car, you're nothing but a dollar sign. i'm sure everyne knows about this...
