Does the ride draw women to you?

 

The TL, not really. Never really picked up anybody by looks. But when they hop in, they're like, "I like your car."

But the car that gets teh most ppl breaking their necks with me was the IS 300. Took that to the club when it first came out, and you wouldn't believe all the stares when the valet guy came up. That felt good....

Hate to tell you this:

I saw an episode of Dateline or some other similar show. They had a guy drive around in NY city in a Jaguar XKR convertible and try to meet women, 10 tries, 1 date

THEN he tried walking a really cute puppy down the street and asked for dates - 10 tries, 7 dates

THEN he pushed a bay around and told the girls he was taking care of his sister's child for the day 10 tries, 9 dates!!!

There's a meesage here: sell the car, buy a dog and babysit!!!

The car doesn't carry the ooh factor like the name Lexus. If a chick sees the car, she thinks it's an Accord which is no big deal of a car. My lawnmower guy thinks it's an Accord. I think the person looking has to know that it's an Acura, then you can get some positive feedback (gawking). The only way to make sure that they know it's an Acura is to have them look at the trunk...

Damn!!! All I have to say is that when I take my TL cruising, it attracks many many women.

 

alright, that's why you need to make the ggg after I made mine, tons of ppl in my school are like "wow, is that your car? it's awesome, tight, kewl, man!" "nice car~~" lotta girls told me that, and after they sit in my car, they're impressed even more since I got the wood trim kit on sweet~~yeah, it depends on the driver

Well I'm past the age of picking up women (married). But in my early 20s I did quite well with a Chevy Beretta. It was white, 6cyl with a nice sound system. All I did was keep it clean and waxed. I got almost as many girls as this chump who had a brand new SC400 that daddy bought him.

 

Apparently the IS attracks many more women

 

I'm sorry bro, but i don't really care if the IS300 attracts more women, i just can't fit in that car, i'm not that big, but i can't. I really wanted that car, i loved the looks, but i can't help being NORMAL IN HIGHT AND WEIGHT. I hate it when i sit in it, it reminds me of a corolla. I'm not trying to diss anyone's car, i just don't dig the interior. Too small, hate the gauges, hate the fake leather you have to buy. And its still priced more than the TL!..

Back to the subject, we and my friends went crusing last night, and well, no sucess, not that I was looking, i have a pretty nice girl and i don't plan on getting in trouble, but i let my friends drive the car and say its their car, but no sucess.. If i had some 19s which i hope i will have soon, then it will be a different story.. Fixed up cars get more girls than stock, even if the fixed up car is a CIVIC!

 

Well i get stares all the time. But i hardly go where the women are because i have one, and trust me thats enough!

I get a buncha looks and a couple of waves from girls, but it doesn't matter since I have a girlfriend. I'm not into the type of girls that would dig you because of your car anyway. My girlfriend likes my car and thinks it's comfortable, but it's still only transportation to her.

well all i know i sthat i get pleanty of loos with my badass cl-s. I have gotten the wow, nice accord look, but they quikly take it back when they get in and see the interior and engine difference. I love my car, and would i get a IS300 to get more woman, hells no, would i get a GS430 to do they same, HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLS YEH!!!!!

I don't get too many looks, but when they see the plate and the young guy driving it then they take notice, but its not till they get in and see the nav do they really get turned on....I had this one chick playing with it the whole time (she should have had her hands on something different, but thats neither here nor their ). Plus I always get compliments on the leather and how soft it is....thanks 'Mothers oil'

I read some place that someone did a survey and determined that the biggest babe magnet is a VW New Beetle. This isn't real surprising since girls are not usually impressed by the kind of cars guys like (IMHO).

I attract many a stare while driving, parked etc. Unless people know about the car they can't tell it's an Acura unless the look at the Trunk where my only clue to it being an Acura would be my red Acura Indiglo emblem. I debadged my trunk, replaced the Acura emblem on my Mesh grill with a Mugen emblem, and removed my Acura wheel centercaps and painted the hubs silver. So people will think my car is made by Mugen if they don't know about cars and they see the front. lol
