does anyone know how to chrome the gear shift bezel

only possible on 99 Tl models(the gear shift plate is actually chromed under the silver paint)...on all other tl's u need to remove it and actually have it chromed...

Yes, and don't try to see under the one you have by trying to take that finish off, last person that tried that here ruined his.
