The DIY will come with the overlays and includes pictures
As far as car washings- the vinyl is 8 year outdoor rated w/ strong adhesive so there should be no issues. I have not tested my car in an automatic wash but it was hand washed several times with the prototypes on and had no issues. The vinyl wraps around the pillars and tucks in between the rubber stripping (see 3rd pic) so I highly doubt an auto carwash would rip it off.

They look great. For the DYI, do you have to actually take the pillars off, or can you put the vinyls on while the pillars are still installed on the car?
Also, what would the final price and shipping to Toronto, Canada be? Thanks and great job on these!

You do not need to remove the pillars. The only prep you need to do is sand and clean them thoroughly. The vinyl goes straight on after that. I'll get back to you on shipping to Canada.. let me get my vendor approval and we'll discuss then

Just a warning, but vinyl tends to bubble up if you dont have smooth contact, it gets worst in the summer because heat expands the air under the vinyl. I did mine a couple of months ago and it really started to get bad. You could pop the bubbles with a needle though....just a heads up. (FYI - i never sanded mine though)

^Sanding/cleaning is crucial. I discovered the same thing you did with the prototypes which I did not sand underneath. The final version which is pictured had the necessary prep work done before the vinyl was applied and there were no bubbles and none have come up Sanding supplies will be included in the kit.

What brand is it? For $40 bucks I'd want printed 3m with lam.

I'd be interested in a purchase as well. Price is fair.
I love how some complain about cost when they don't realize the effort you put into putting something together and selling it. I'm sure most of us are no mass producers here and doing it on our own time where we could be doing something else. My motto is if you dont like the price, don't complain, don't buy and make your own you lazy cheap ass!!
