Gauges not reading correctly...

I just installed my indiglow gauges today on my 96' 3.2 TL. My friend who helped me, took off the needles on the gauges. Now all 4 of the gauges (temp, fuel, speedo, tach) is not reading properly. Like when I'm going 60mph it only shows its going 40mph. The temp is always near the top. The Tach might be fine, not quite sure tho and the fuel gauge doesn't even work.

Does anyone know how to calibrate the needles so that it'll work properly again?

Sorry to tell you, but I think majority of imported car gauges needles are not supposed to be taken out / un-install. Did you read the installation manaul ??
I believed you supposed to installed those face carefully and get around the needles without even trying to pull or bent it.

I learnt that 4 yrs ago hard way, and have to go out and buy a whole new one...

Hopefully it's a different case for the TL...

Been reading some of the posts here and found out that its possible to change it back...hopefully. I'd really hate to buy a new gauge. Hopefully I can do it myself.

BTW, how much did it cost you to buy a new gauge?
