i was looking at the Gauge Cluster LED Kit on http://www.ledautomotive.com/OrderInfo/99-03TL/ and the installation procedure provided on the website looks really simple. Is it misleading or is it really that easy. I need to know this b/c im a total noob

 

It really is that easy but it wasn't bright enough for me.

 

how bright is it compared to the stock lights

 

I thought they looked a little dimmer especially the needles.

 

So what did you do to make them brighter. The reason I ask is that I've got the materials from LED Automotive for the gauge cluster, etc. but haven't had time to install them. I did install the interior lights (i.e. dome light, doors, etc.) and have found them to be too dim. The license plate light seems to be perfect though.

With that being said, IMO Nate provides excellent service.

 

^You're right he does, good products too. I've just decided to go a different direction, away from plug ins. I also want multi-color gauges and you can't do that with those lights.
