Gas smell after 6 speed swap

For a while after I finished the swap, the car smelled like gas whenever I parked in the garage. After opening the hood, I saw there was fuel leaking from the fuel pickup line, so I tightened it.

The next day, I got a P0453 code. The code is saying the EVAP pressure sensor is too high.

Where should I start diagnosis? Anything I could have missed during the swap? Or maybe because the car was sitting for weeks?

Also, my gas gauge doesn't work. Not sure if it's the cluster, or unconnected wire.
