I tried to search the forum for solution but couldnt find anything but stiff gas pedal solution.

when i step on the gas pedal slightly in slow traffic, the gas pedal is really really soft, almost like the only thing i am stepping on is the spring that makes the gas pedal bounce back up (RPM stays idle), the car doesnt start moving (rpm goes up) until I step in to it of about an 1/2 to an inch or so. Is there a solution to it? can i do it myself? maybe i didnt search with the right word...sorry if this is a repost

 

you might want to check your throttle cables under the hood.. there located on the trottle body on the side closest to the windshield.... you might need to tighten it a little bit
