Gas Mileage check.... just went on long road trip

I just got back from a roadtrip from Olive Branch, MS to Gulf SHores, AL.
put a total of 1062 miles on the car in 5 days,
but i got 29 miles to the gallon.
And this was with the cruise set at 80 the whole way and daily stop and go traffic at the beach. Not bad IMO.

I just returned from an extended trip and also got great mileage. I put on 8,000kms (5,000mls) and got 35mpg imperial which is 30 US I believe. That's what I like about the car, it's a good compromise of comfort, performance, value, and economy (mileage).

Down and back to the PAA meet on Sunday, I averaged 26.7 MPG, which included about an hour of stop-and-go traffic and another hour of me doing 80 in 4th instead of 5th (because I forgot to shift up after getting back up to speed). I probably would have been over 28 with straight highway driving.....
