Gas Mileage

I get about 25 mpg until the gas light comes on. 13.5 to 14 gallons.

~daily driver
~driving habits/speedster but working on slowing down
~plugs, egr, all fluids changed, valve adjustment, seafoamed/crankcase, vacuum line and gas tank.

Is the gas mileage respectable or just replace the engine......

For this car, 25 mpg is pretty respectable. I cruise around and get around 19, but then again my car is due for a tune up soon, even though I seafoamed through the vacuum line

For being a speedster, 25 mpg is very respectable for a ten year old car....imo !

Ya can buy alot of gas for the price of replacing that motor with another....that may possibly get less mpg than you're presently getting. If ya want better mpg, buy a new lighter car.

Take off your intake and clean egr passages. Then seafoam.
