Gas is killing me..

As you guys knew before when I got my fuel system cleaned my gas mileage went from 245 miles per full tank to 300 miles per full tank. Now its back to 245 miles per full tank and I use CHEVRON too. I wonder what happened? I wished a full tank would last 350 miles.

Don't feel too bad, I do almost all city driving and I get little over 200 miles on my tank. Usually I fill up 13-14 gallons and I use Chevron (91) as well.

I use 93 all the time. I was actually happy to get a lil over 250 on my last tank.

I get between 16 and 19 mpg... almost all city driving...

One time I drove all highway and got 30mpg... It surprised me that my car was capable of that kind of gas mileage...

Here in CT where it is cold now and the fuel has the crappy MTBE additives, I just got 340 miles to the tank last week highway driving.

Use search button. You will find many threads.
I have same problem.
I used to get only around 280 miles on full tank, but after using chevron fuel injector cleaner every tank for about 6-7 times, I get 310-320. I'm happier than before, but still not satisfied... Now, I'm planning to replace spark plugs, fuel filter and take my tl for alignment service soon.

im also in CT and for the first time since I bought my 02 tl-s, i got 260m to a tank. Then I had to fill the tank 15.4gallons while the bar was past E. Im trying to find what my tank does since it appears to be all over the place. I did notice that adding a bottle of dry gas improved my mileage with my shell power gas. I would of fixing my 97 chevy blazer if I was only going to get the same mileage but with 87 gas.

I've been using Shell consistenly and i've used around 3 bottle of Fuel Injector in the the last 2 month now. I'm starting to get about 23mpg as oppose to 21 mpg while maintaining my driving habit and distances. I've also changed my air filter to K&N. But then it could just be the cold weather though.
