I don't have a wiring diagram but I wonder if it's related to something, or not compatible without modification? Say wiring compatibility in the conversion?

Finally figured it out! Car is running great! What a difference feels like a whole different car. I have fallen in love all over again! LOL I would like to thank fsttyms1 because his post years ago was what inspired me to do my swap also. I probably would have sold the car a long time ago if i did not know a six speed conversion was possible.

The problem was some wires that I had mixed up that were causing my EGR valve to stay stuck open.
