HI,

I recently bought an 03 TLS and want to add a body kit which consists of the front and rear air dams and the side skirts. I noticed I can buy one painted in the Acura store on this website for about $800 or so plus shipping and thats painted.

My questions are this:

1. Is that as good of a price as I am gonna find for a painted kit?
2. How hard are they to install? Can I do it, or do I have to take it to the dealer.
3. Anyone bought one from this site and had it installed. If so, any photos of it installed on anthrocite.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

$800 is not a bad price.

Numerous people have installed themselves, it's up to you to determine if you have the aptitude to do this...but it can be done. Certain pieces are easier than others...I think there is an FAQ on bodykit installation.

Check out the gallery, there should be plenty of pics of TL's w/ bodykits. I can even think of a specific car w/ kit that is Anthracite.
