Has anyone ever used them? My 97 TL has 73k miles on it and I was wondering if it'll effect performance or mileage in any way.

 

i use Techron in the bottle...and it does a little bit with gas mileage and cold starts...

If you haven't been dealing with this all along, you are already screwed. The injector dirt is one thing, but far more significant are the valve deposits and combustion chamber deposits left by the reformulated and alcohol additives in myuch gas. They leave a real mess. I would try using several bottles of Redline SI-1 - I do not recommend the BG 44K product.

Is it a good idea to use those fuel injectors in our TL's? The manual say that it's not recomended.

Also there are so many different brands, what are the good brands to use and how often do you use it on your TL?
