Fuck!! Ticket For Carpool
hey wassup all, Fucking sux dude, i got off school at 4:10 and i drove on the car pool lane, and i cop pulled me over and gave me a fucking Ticket,,,Fuck i am piss off, i thouh car pool start at like 5 PM, shite...
anyway to fight this shite, and i dont have the money to pay for this

some states have different rules. i know some states that have it as a regular lane mid day and then it turns into a carpool lane during rush hour.
im in cali so its carpool all the time. but its weird in other states like that.

In Washington we have some time restricted carpool lanes as well. Thats not on the freeway though, just some busy city streets. I think your best bet to fight the ticket is to find some false information on it. Maybe he wrote down the wrong street or something (my friend actually just got a speeding ticket and the cop wrote down I-15[which doesn't exist] instead of I-5).
Other than that, it will be really hard to argue.

There are definitely some lanes on California freeways where they are treated as Carpool lanes only during posted peak hours.
But here's something interesting about that in California. You can only enter and exit in the dashed line sections, even during the non-carpool lane hours. You can get a ticket if you cross the double lines at any time. A lot of people don't know that.

in new york we have a carpool lane thats called the HOV lane. it functions as a regular lane during off peak hours but not everyone knows that so its amazing to travel in when your in a rush, everyone moves at 75+ at all times in it

In northern california, carpool lanes start from 5am to 9am and from 3pm to 7pm.
Car poll is car poll. This is not a speeding ticket where you could question if the radar was calibrated or not. I don't believe you have anything to fight.
