front turn signal light question...

front turn signal light question...

I posted earlier about swapping wires to maintain the high filiment while driveing and flashing with the low filament. What if the double filament bulb qwas replaced with a single filament bulb? would the blinker just blink
"off and bright" vs "dim and bright"??
