Front Camber Kit: Ingall or SPC? & How to adjust

Front Camber Kit: Ingall or SPC? & How to adjust
I'm in the need for a front camber kit...but don't know which kit to go with. The SPC is like the one CT sells, it's a ball joint. The Ingalls are similar. Which one do you guys recommend?
And once installed...how are you suppose to adjust them? U get a computerized alignment, see that it's off, raise up the car and adjust, put back down and get the reading...you do this til camber is 0 degrees...or is there an easier way to do it?
