I ripped out a chunk from the bumper on a parking tie with rebar that was up to high. Hung under the bumper and yanked a piece out of it and pulled it down an inch on the left side.
Until I can muster up the 600 or so for a replacement I gotta see if I can tape/Guerilla glue the pieces together so it doesnt look like a POS.
Anyway.....here it goes...

I have to that removing front bumper is nothing major. Make sure you get all the clips from underneath the car where they are tied to bumper and plastic apron.
There are 2 screws that holds fender and the bumper nice and tight., one on each side. Turn your wheels and you should be albe to get to them without taking wheels off.
Remove plastic cover where the hinge is for the hood (it should expose top of the headlights).
You will see 3 or 4 clips (according to the model and year) take them out. And unless I am forgetting something mojor, with a little pull and tuck (LITTLE=nothing major and agressive) it should come of rather easy.
I took mine off about 20 times while working on the front WW lip.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the replies guys.
Once I put my eyes on it and got off the "afraid to hurt my car", it seemed pretty straight forward. I ended up stopping since once I started to remove the bolt on the left side where I hooked it I noticed it bent down the fender a little giving me a half inch gap between the fender and bumper cover.
To be safe I knotted everything up tight again and will take it in for an estimate. If its no big deal I will pull it off this week sometime and try to repair it as best I can until I can get the money together.
If it is going to need Fender work I guess I will claim it on insurance and pay my deductible....sigh
Oh well......
