I dont know if its a regional thing or what. Acura mailed me an invite to the New Orleans jazz fest, complete with a # to call for my two free tickets and 2 vip passes to the Acura tent that will be there. Nothing huge but I think a a nice gesture on there part. I think I will go, its the last week in April and first week in may. Who else got these, are you going? To bad they didnt include a few complimentary nights at the Sheraton!

No sucking goin on around here! **** just showed up in the mail. Came from Acura I guess they got my info from the dealer or vice -versa. Its like a brown postcard with RSVP on it.It describes the activities 7,000 musicians, Acura tent with NSX and new 6 spd CLS. I wish they were giving out free test drives, but I'll probably be gone on those hurricanes anyway!

I used to attend JazzFest once in a while because one of my fraternity brothers went to Tulane for law school and would hook us up. It doesn't just feature jazz. There are many standard rock and progressive bands there as well (Better Than Ezra, Joan Osborne, Van Morrisson, etc.). It's a complete blast (and a drunken sloppifest, but what in N'awlins isn't?!)!
