FOX 11 NEWS UNDERCOVER "Street Racing"
Last night I was flipping through the channels and just so happened to come across something interesting. Fox 11 News in Los Angeles was having an undercover special on street racing.
Me being the import enthusiast, I had to watch. ( Im thinking what if im in this
, what if the TL is shows up on Fox 11 NEWS ! Heh
Low and behold, they start to show big crowds and a bunch of cars lining up on Glenoaks blvd (san fernando) to race. My friend asks me, " Hey isn't that you and your Acura on TV???" I look over and to my surprise it was me!!!( a year and a half ago ).
The footage shows me racing an Accord in front of hundreds of people & cars. My car looked so nice
N e onE notice the TL??? Lowered TL with wings west body kit (green) last night on TV???

but seriously, i wouldnt be too happy being on a news special about "illegal street racing". just hope they didnt have your license plate on tv for all the cops to see. if i were you, wouldnt answer your door for the next few days...

To make a long story short. That night as a result of this documentary I was later confronted by police... They caught up to me at a stop light and barracaded me in drawing their guns (scary **** mang@@) My car was impounded 30 days, and I was left on the street at 3am facing a illegal speed contest violation.
A year later I realize now what actually happened that night. I remember it so well because I havent dared to go out there since.
Thats some bad luck....
I ended up fighting my 23109A illegal speed contest and won. The basis of my argument was that the cop did not catch me in the act. He was decievingly sitting on the side (supposedly)in an illegal speed trap. LOL! I dont know how i pulled that one off!
A year later I realize now what actually happened that night. I remember it so well because I havent dared to go out there since.

Its funny how FOX is using film from over a year ago.
If you go out to these street races now, you will find no one out there! The city has passed ordinace to shut down these streets on weekends and flare them off.
So in actuality there is no where to race now a dayz. I dont know why they would show footage from a year ago and try to pass it on as a problem now.... stupid media....
WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS OPEN A GODDAMN TRACK IN SOCAL!!!

call them up and tell em ure furious for that documentary cuz the cops came after u a year after the thing was done... then ask politely whether u can get a copy of the documentary
