FOTB-Fresh off the boat TL owner-droppin some love
Hey guys,
just wanted to let everyone in this forum know that im a recently born Acura TL owner....dark green 2000 3.2tl - 35,000 miles (low huh) and i bought it for 11,800. Pretty good condition, needs new tires, and a little polishing but its still sick. I plan on putting a intake on it...thinking AEM and when i save up maybe some comptech headers... would like to get rims and wheels next may and maybe a couple of inches dropped off.
Want to tell everyone in the forum thank you for all the info you guys talk about...it really helps a newb like me! If u have any suggestions for my baby - please let me know...thanks guys!!!!

Congrats on the purchase and let the modding begin. It's way more addicting that I thought it would be when I first started. Gets expensive too, especially when you start using words like Comptech, but IMO, that's the best way to go.

I would go with an AEM v2 intake... that is what i put on my 99tl and that alone makes the car sound so awesome.
Welcome to the forum!

hey calichris, im really leaning toward getting the v2 in the next week, but i was wondering if it isnt too loud, my car will be stock except for the intake and i dont want it to sound really loud and look stock. What do you think?
