Fogs

Finally after two weeks of waiting they finally came. I bought my car without the fog lights. Finally after 5 months i decided to get them. I already went and did the fog light mod. Now i just got to wait for the HIDs. Got to love UPS when they deliver.

interested to see what those look like installed, i like how its blacked out but not on the usable reflective part. wonder what those would look like on my car, match the rest of my blacked out front, of course it would need to be glossy black.

awesome, make sure you get a good seal when you put things back together, and don't touch the reflective part of the turn signal, i regret doing that. ended up painting the turn signal body color (NGM) to get some reflectivity back, which is good enough now. still wish i left it chromed on that part. also look into removing the sliver strip on the edges, it cleans things up nicely.

Thanks for the heads up. Idk which silver strip you are talking about but i will see when i crack them open. Im not a fan of chrome. haha I installed the fogs. I think since they are black it does take some light away. but if you got HID fogs then it wouldnt matter. And if you remove the little black thing around the bulb. Ill get some pics soon.

If the lense is glass, I would HIGHLY recommend you slap some lumnix clear film over them to protect from rock chips. I did...only after getting a major crack in mine!

Currently working on painting my headlight housing. Im on a little break while the primer drys. The worst part about the whole process is sanding them and putting the tape on them.

I plan to keep the Amber bulb. I like the way it looks kinda like the A-spec. After i come back from Afghanistan i plan to throw some 08 type-s wheels on it and i plan to get the 07-08 with navi and 6mt. But i will also be keeping this car. or might just give it to my sister so she would have a car for college. Until then. I might be doing the push to start button.

I just put on some 07 type s wheels, still dont know if I love it.

I like the lights but sometimes I feel like cleared lights flow better with ssm.

the wheels and a drop and it will look nice. I like the amber bulb because i was into that JDM theme. I was going to get the wheels last week but then i found out i will be deploying so im saving up money to go home to see the family.
