Fog Light Question???
PIAA fog lights or do you mean the bulbs for the fog lights. You need to be more clear on the questions.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say you're talking about the 9006 bulb for 02-03 TL with OEM fog lights. They aren't brighter, brightness is mainly on wattage for halogen bulbs. Only reason you pay more for PIAA is the name brand. PIAA are manufacture better then most bulbs. I have my PIAA 9005 bulb for highbeam in for more then 3 years, but for what you pay they aren't worth it.
I recommend Eaglite bulbs which are only like 15buxs for a pair or even Eurolite. They have the same hue output and much cheaper.

I have PIAA 9006 in my fogs and have to agree -- they will last longer than OEM but really not worth the price. Try something else. It's mainly something nice to say you have. I do have to admit, they are brighter (at least IMHO) than stock so there is marginal enhanced safety value to them.
