Fog Light Housing. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!
I'll make this quick and brief:
I currently own an ACURA 2003 TL-S. The foglight housing on my passenger side apparently has been hit by a pebble or a rock while I was on the freeway. The housing on the foglight is currently shattered, and I'm looking to get a replacement. The dealership quoted me $175 for the housing alone + $45 laboring fee to install the light.
Does anyone here know any alternative or ways I can spend less $$ to get this issue fixed? Any recommedation for aftermarket lights? Please help !!!!
THANK YOU!

45 bucks to install it.... bwahahaha!! It's literally ONE bolt that's holding it in.
You can buy replacement Lexan lenses on eBay and install them yourself. However, if you're not good with this stuff (it won't be easy), you should just buy a new housing.
Contact Tim at hondacura world@aol.com (remove the space in-between) for a new housing; tell him that Rob from Michigan sent you.
As for installation, all you've gotta do is look underneath the foglight, and you will see an access hole. Through that hole, you'll see a bolt. Take a 10mm socket wrench with an extention and unscrew that bolt. The foglight housing will pop right out. Unhook the bulb, swap housing, and put the bolt back in.
Soooo easy.
