Ok took out the bottom screw...but i cant get the assembly out....im pushing hard from the back too..is there a clip or somethin i need to ..un clip? It is in there thats for sure...tried prying it out but i got scared

 

you need to to push it on the back, on the end towards the license plate. The other end is latched into the bumper. It will be hard on the first time, but you wont be able to break it. just jiggle it a bit and it will come out.

 

I just pulled the housing on the license plate side diagonally outward and it came free without a problem. I don't think you'll break it, I think you might just be too cautious about it like I was at first.

 

I use a screwdriver with a cloth over the end (to protect the paint), and pry the foglight out, putting the screwdriver between the foglight and the opening on the inside, closest to the license plate. Pry it gently, and the foglight housing will come out.
