Fog in the headlight and foglight casings?

Fog in the headlight and foglight casings?
My headlights and foglights are kinda fogged up. What should i do?
I think it happened when i was replacing bulbs. But how do i remove this?
I'm also thinking of clearing my headlights. It all seems pretty simple, i just don't want to re-seal the headlight casing on wrong or have the headlights themself mis-aligned.
What are some extra pointers to clearing the headlights that aren't in the FAQ?
