Go to an embroidery place that does stitching for school uniforms, sports teams, workplace wear, personalized gifts, etc... I'd assume they'd have machinery strong enough to do the work on your car mats.

Found this place a few months back, thought it was a little pricy however it's cool because you can customize everything such as colors on the mat itself and the trim along with letters and logos, etc.

if you haven't already, try contacting them to see if it's possible. u may not be able to order it online the way you want it to come out but i don't think it's impossible for them to do.
