Floor Jack Lifting Points

My floor jack has the typical shallow cup on the lifting end. Should I just place this under the lifting points where you put the jack that comes with the car or is there a better location?

i sometimes use the tow hooks on the front or back, other times i use the side lifting points - depends on what i'm doing. the rear is so light you can pick up both tires with the tow hook.

never thought of using the tow hooks, gonna do that now, sounds easier to put jacks under the car.

2 of my jack points are bent over flat. Have to use wood to have the jack clear my sideskirt. But yes, I use my jackpoints for lifting.

Get a jack with a larger lift pad (if its not the 4")

Use the lift points, the tow hooks, I personally use the front center lift point to lift the whole front evenly at once. The rear tow hook as well, that leaves the factory lift points for the jack stands.

For you guys with bent jacking points, if you can get your car up on a lift you can try to bend them back to the correct position
