Fixing Curb marks on my Type S Wheel...What Paint?

Hey guys, I'm about to do a DIY rim repair for my TL Type S wheels. Only problem is, I dunno what color of spray paint I need for the job. Anyone know about it or done it before? I need to know this before I can actually go through with this. Thanks for your help.

UM I don't think there is any paint that will help. I'll assume you're talking about the lip which is machined aluminum. Ain't nothing out there that's gonna match that color except having the lip remachined.

The references you give are painted wheels, not machined.

Oh and I love the quote from the guy's signature.

My wheel bolts require more torque than your Honda makes...

yeah i have one or two gouges i need to fix. i think i may end up just buying 2 new wheels and keeping the others for front winter tires or directional racing tires or something. i would imagine if you're willing to pay you can find a shop to machine and smooth and recoat the wheels, but this may not be worth the money or the wait.

I had the same issue, went to Hub Cap Annie's here locally and got a recore wheel for $175, and had to turn the old wheel in. Still much cheaper than buying a new one...
