Question Fix for sagging tailpipe?

I took my TLS in a while back for something and while it was in I asked if they could fix the sagging passenger side tailpipe. I would say it's about 3/4" lower than the other. Anyway, the service rep told me I must have backed into something because there was a small kink somewhere in the exhaust piping. I didn't remember or notice doing that but I thought is was possible because there's a small hill I could back into as I'm coming out of my garage.

This thing has been bugging me for some time now so I decided to take a look for myself. There's no kink that I can see (jack@ss service rep! Too bad he's not there anymore) but I can't easily see a way to lift the sagging tailpipe.

I seem to recall this is a common problem among TLs. Anyone know of an easy fix??

For me it was the driver's side pipe...and the service guy said they were all like that...as we stood there looking at another TL where they were just fine...I finally just cut him off after about the fourth excuse and changed the topic.

Most people use zip-ties to even out the tailpipes. Cheap and easy.
