Finish First polish... need some help here
Just applied Finish First polish for the fist time, i am leaving it over night to get the best result... anyhow, it almost KILLED me, i heard people say it's easy on easy off, but it took me 1 hr to just put it on, almost killed me! don't know if it's cuz the inproper gears that i use or something... any advise on how i can make it easier? thanks.
what do you mean gears????
all you need is your beloved hand...
also you are not suppose to make circles when you apply them, just follow the lines of the car and just literally apply them... for the hood, go straight back and forth, for the sides, straight side to side, and so on...when you buff it off, just merely do the same thing as you apply, it comes off real easy... and youll be impressed with the shine...

I used this stuff...though it's easier than wax, it aint that easy as people say. If I hadn't already have it...I'd probably used a different synthetic. To me I don't see much difference from other wax.

Don't get me wrong the thing works pretty good, but I think you can acheive the same result with other wax which don't have such adverse side effects. Also you might want to use claybar first since it claims to be so permanant because I washed my car real good and apply the wax, except that after the wax, I still have some rough surface. Now the wax probably cover that surface.

I polished my car few days ago, and today i saw streaks on my car (a lot!). according to Finish first
"The surface must be cool before applying..... A vehicle which is too hot will cause the carriers in finish first to evaporate too quickly. this could cuase the polymer to cure unevenly, thus streaking. streaks can be removed by buffing the surface with a damp towel......"
I am sure when i applied the polish my car was cool, but how come streaks still appear?? any of you have this happened before?? now i wonder how good is this polish.....
