Finally a start on my 6speed swap

after 2 months on searhing and ordering parts and i finally start swap my TL-P into 6 speed TL-S

what im gonna use:

02 TL-S motor
02 TL-S ECU
02 TL-S Cluster
05 TL 6 speed
RichieV6 module

yea im doing all the labour but i got the whole winter to work on it haha

good luck
take ur time
dont rush
and remember to ground your engine when its in the car.

also, youll need the spring loaded washers that hold the shift cables in place

what spring? do you have the part number for that? i think im still missing some parts lol

some of the parts came in today and more to come




got the cluster in



and this is how it sit right for now and my W204 on the side

but my garage and drive way is full of cars so everytime when i need to work on my TL i need to move the FX and the Benz away to make room

i got the clutch master cylinder and the clutch fluid tank and few hoses. do i need the rest of the parts for these to work?

You will need the lines that connect the CMC to the reservoir tank and then the line that connects the CMC to the SMC on the trans.

here some updated for today haven't work on it lately cuz too much other work to do




installed the brake pedal tonight




and here is all the interior parts sitting in my basement at the moment.


Will update more when the clutch pedal bracket comes in and all the other parts by the end of this month.

also still waiting for the tranny ship from Vancouver BC
