Finally, got my Video Navi kit done!!!!
Wow, what a sigh of relief. I picked up my car from StreetEffectz's shop Sunday night and was so glad to see that the Video Navi kit worked. here are some pics of it in it's final stage. Took it today.
I also added myself today the remote sensor for the PS2. It would have been annoying to use the regular controller everytime you needed to do something, so I took apart the armrest and wired the extension cord under the fake ashtray.
for all the pics click this link here

Oh wait a minute... my TL is missing something..
almost forget I didn't get the freakin Navi!! Damn!
Joey, nice setup man! Good idea with the PS2, video game & DVD unit all in one. Good choice! But from where you put the sensor, isn't that where they have to access the ECU when they do maintenece??

DAYUM! That is TIGHT! Just keeping that PS2 well hidden or else you might end up with a broken window. BTW, Who am I is a cool movie. A friend of mine looks exactly like that lady cop. And I would pay to see someone reverse park their TL into a parking space like that other girl did.

hehe funny J.
I'm gonna install a line filter and increase the volume on the Rf modulator in a few minutes to see if the quality is not better.

Well just took apart the TL interior again today and installed the line filter and increased the volume in the RF Modulator, it was pretty easy, took about a 1/2 hour to do. The hardest part was taking the panels out. Glad I did it, and saved myself a few dollars.

In between the connection to the decoder and the PS2. you just plug it in between those. Hard to explain. I for some reason I gotta open it again, I'll take pics this time.

Looking phat! I was thinking about the PS2 in my car too, but that POS is so frigging BIG! Any of you guys think they'll make a smaller version like the PS1 and when will they lower the price on that? or am I wishful thinking? lol

yea I gotta clean the car, but I took pics when I just got it from the shop. Yeah, I'm leaving it on the floor, the PS2 is not there permantly, I can take it in and out. It doesn't move or shake around and the screen doesn't skip when I hit bumps, so it's pretty secure.
