finally got my car back
went to pick up my car today and drove it around the shop for a good 15 miles then everywhere else in my town to make sure the transmission wouldnt slip again and everything is in perfect working order! finally!!

I suggest you be nice to it the first 500 miles so new parts get to mate in
no redline rpm- no racing
500-1000 miles -use SS up and down= push it a bit, full throttle runs to speed
1000+miles= have all the fun you desire
every 15kmiles change 3 qts fluid
