come btch hit me today. sucked. hit me going like 50 i was making a turn. going bout 5mph. man did it hurt. but look at how it held up. i knew my car wasnt no bitch. drove mine home hers got towed. car is at the body shop. plus DIRTYJOHN is a stand up guy. sent me to a guy that is gonna hook it up and do a lil extra on her dime. here are the pics of the after math. only thing im really pissed about is that now i dont have a clean carfax anymore. boo for old ladies and thier shitty driving skillz

old lady and on the phone. when i got out the car she gets out and tells me i hit her. then i look through the smoke and see her cell open and laying on top of her dash. so i started snapping away with my phone. voyager with a 2mp cam. came out good quality i think. she never even called anyone. just sat there and waited in her car till the popos came. i thought it was weird. cop even thought she was on something cuz she seemed loopy. she refused medical attn so they couldnt prove it

 

Sorry to hear, and I'm glad you are ok, but there is no way she hit you at 50mph. Thats more like 10-15mph if that.

on that street that is what everyone is going. i was on top of a hill and there is a blind spot on top of that the glare from the sun in the morning going up that incline makes it hard to see. i let off the gas and ended up actually rolling back. i was almost across the street and into the side street. she told the cop she didnt even remember seeing me and thats why she hit me. after she hit me i thought my whole front end was trashed from how hard she hit me. maybe it was a little less but i know it was not no 15mph. ive been hit by someone going that slow and she was going faster than that. oh yeah and i forgot to add.

cars already been dropped off at the bodyshop like 5hrs after it happened. already had everything straightend by then. so hes gonna tear it down tomm and have the adjuster look at it and get it done for me hopefully in a week or so. get new wheels and get my shit fucked. need my car back. im a bit on the sad side due to being out of a car and out of a clean driving carfax report. i hate old people

As for the carfax, just because a car was in an accident doesn't necessarily mean it is going to be on your carfax report. I believe they only report when there was frame damage, flood, fire, etc.

That's what I thought too looking at the pictures, but the lady appears to be fairly close to the left side of the road, which would make her at fault.

Hey, but if the cop said it was her fault, you got lucky. I'd be curious to know what your insurance co says. Turning left in front of someone going straight 99.999% of the time puts you at fault.

 

well it seems that he was still in his lane, not to mention the fact that the point of impact was in philly's lane and she was jabbering away on her phone at the time.

could've been his fault, but wasn't, from my perspective.

 

there were cars in front of me that had turned down the same road. i guess she got startled. dont know dont care.
