Question fender roll!!!!!!!!!!

hi guys..
i need the info about the fender roll..
forexample..
is there any different level or degree of fender roll?
do i need to remove plastic inside after the roll?
how about crak? will the paint crak?
or any other negative after the the roll?

i'm using a 245/35/19.. no suspension drop.. car look like a suv..
tires stick out only alittle bit under the fender.. +48 offset..
so i'm considering about H&R OE or Comptech depend on fender..

so help me out guys..
if there's picture for before and after fender roll..
would be even better..
thanks

when you roll your fender I was told that it voids your warranty. I don't know what warranty but it does for something. It does crack the paint on the outside. Most body shops will include a repaint along with the roll. It go up to about $300 for each side. At least that's how much I got so far. Anyone know any good auto body places that will roll fenders for less in NJ??

You wouldn't need to roll all 4 fenders, the front wouldn't rub, only the back. I have 225/45/18's with a +45 offset. I'm rubbing slightly in the rear when I have someone in the back or when I turn a corner fast. I recently noticed that it wasn't the actual fender that was rubbing but the plastic piece where the bumper meets the fender. I'm going to take a Drumel to it. It's only a plastic piece that's rubbing and doesn't look like it needs to be reinforced. I'll let you know if that solves the problem. I don't have a drop on my car yet because of the rubbing issue.

The 48 offset isnt so bad, its the 245 tires that are causing you to rub, they are just too wide. Do a search on "fender roll". There are several options, from using a bat, renting the equipment yourself, to going to someone. $300 per side is way too high.
If done slowly & carefully, and the paint on the fenders is warmed first, there shouldnt be any cracking of the paint.

love the s-03. but it only come with 245.35 for 19..
offset number can't go too high caz it won't be able to clear my caliber..
just read the search report of fender roll..
i think it's better for me not to roll the fender..
i'll go with H&R OE..

shave the fender... basically cut it away. that way u dont have to worry about cracking the paint or anything and all u have to do is put some primer where u cut it so that it doesnt rust.

the thing about cutting away is the spot welding. The fenders are spot welded which olds that part of the car together. If cut away wouldn't that make the frame flimsy?
