feeling sluggish

recently my car has been feeling a bit slower. i would figure with the nicer weather recently in the 60's it would run perfect. when accerlating it just does not have the pick up it had before and it seems like i almost always have to go into vtec.

how long since you have done maintenance? Air filter, plugs, fuel filter, seafoam, etc?

You dont have to change the plugs after seafoam- but if over 75k miles it sure helps!
