I hit 110 in my 03 TL-S but the fastest I've ever gone was 133mph in my dad's 98 Lexus ES300 (Alot of people sleep on this car but it's suprisingly fast!). I was racing my boy's 88 Integra. He was in the left lane and I blew right by him in the center. I could've kept going but a Malibu jumped right in front of me . To keep from wrapping up I had to hit the brakes and dive into the left lane. Yes Very stupid but it was like 2am and the pkwy was empty

As a general caution, you really need to be careful about abrupt lane changes at high speeds. Some cars can be right on the edge of fishtailing.

About a year ago a lowered Integra blew by me on a downhill stretch of a multi-lane freeway. I was running about 70 MPH in the slow lane and I would guess that he was going 110 to 120 MPH. The Integra looked pretty stable but he needed to make a lane change to avoid a Ford Expedition that was in the middle lane. The Expedition was probably going about 72 MPH since he had just passed me very slowly.

Well the driver of the Integra waited way too long for the lane change and he made this NASCAR-like dart over into the open lane on the right. Unfortunately his Integra didn't have NASCAR tires and down force.

His car started to fishtail and I thought, for a second, that he was going to stay in control. But then he started to spin and smoke and debris started to kick up all over the place. I think he must have been scrubbing off a ton of rubber off his tires.

This all seemed to be happening in slow motion and I was breaking heavily to avoid getting mixed up in whatever was about to happen.

The Integra was going so fast that, even spinning, it caught up to the Expedition and clipped it on the right rear corner. The Expedition then started to spin and it ended up slammed into a guardrail. You wouldn't think that an Integra could spin a much more massive Expedition but it did. The driver of the Expedition was apparently unhurt but I found out later that his wife ended up in the hospital with serious internal injuries.

I'm not sure if the Integra driver was hurt but his car ended up upside down in the middle of the freeway.

I pulled over to help out and, as luck would have it, a paramedic van happened along within a couple of minutes. I gave the driver of the Expedition my contact info in case there was any question about what happened.

Anyway, the moral of the story is that while many cars can feel solid at high speeds in a straight line, it might not take too much of a maneuver to lose control. So let's be careful out there. ;-)

105ish in the TL on a trip to FL down I95 in early morning hours. That was excessive and anything more was unnecessary.

This is exactly why I spare no expense when it comes tires. Only the best for my baby. The same goes for my father's Lex. Those Michelins may cost an arm and a leg but their probably what saved my life that night

160 in a friends Viper (driving, as punishment for him calling me drunk for a ride home I wanted to scare him)
210 on the back (passenger) of a blown, NOSed hyoubusa (the most scarry time in my life) for 44 miles on open road (I will not say where or why, the story is long)
104 in a Colt...almost as scarry as the bike above

158mph in the Vette, (allegedly) racing another Z06. I need to find a high speed oval so I can try out the claimed 175+ mph top speed.

155mph in my old CLS-6 (allegedly) racing an RX-8, which I destroyed. My friend in the back woke up, said "hey, what's going on..." then he paused for a second, looked at my speedo, and said "oh sh!t!"

149mph in my 98 Camaro Z28 (stock). Started feeling like a floating boat attempting to lift off the ground so I backed off.

Ironically, all the speeding tickets I've ever gotten were in my Civic which only had 106hp and was governed at 120mph.

Well, about 140 Km/h in my 99 Saber (can't drive fast here in Japan).....

But I did 125 mph traveling from Nurenburg to Munchen on Autobahn 9 in a Volvo V70 (a 1998 model, 2.3 inline 5, no turbo). And I did that for about 45 minutes to an hour. I will tell you that wagon was quite stable, as the long roof provided alot of downforce on the back wheels.

I got passed by a few vehicles, but most notably by 1 Ferrari (no idea which one, it had to be at 180), 2 Audi A8's (about 140 I'd say), and mutiple BMW 540I/M5's (in the 150 range)...

I remeber this because, if you drive at a very high rate of speed for a sustained amount of time, the sphincter pucker factor goes up exponentially. I was hyper-aware of everything around me. And I had crossed drilled Brembo rotors with kevlar pads (a necessity in Europe)....

That is funny beacuse my first speeding ticket in 4 years was last week in my wifes '05 4 cyl Accord (48 in a 35 reduced to 40 in a 35). I guess I should pay more attention. Those motorcycle cops are hard to see.

Except for me and my TL all these events happened at least 10 yrs ago. I try not to go too fast anymore

99 TL 210kph(130mph) My car, me driving.
93 Porsche 928 GTS 275kph(170mph) Lucky passenger with 2 friends!
94 Lambo Diabolo VT 285kph(178mph) Lucky passenger..same friend
92 Dodge Viper 240kph(150mph) Me driving again same friend.

I'm lucky to be able to benefit from my friends generosity and his dad's fortune.

Lets see here, in my own cars...

130 in my 92 Grand Am GT H.O Quad 4; 180 hp (front end started floating bad) p.s. that was actually a fast car

125-130 in my 95 Integra LS (very stable)

105 in my Beretta GT V-6 (very unstable)

85 in my old Chevy farm truck (very scary!)

115 so far in my 01 CL-S (smooth as butter, asked for more)

Fastest ever...

165 in my brothers modded 3000GT VR-4 (made for speed, is a heavy ass car)

only 115 so far in my 02 TL-s. Only had my baby for about a month now. 120 in my old honda accord, that was a little much, felt like the car was floatin with very little contact, but i was also 16 and very VERY dumb.

140 recently in my TL... took a long time to get to that speed! Amazingly stable even then though. I do think that @ 120+, the lowering + front lip actually helps out a lot.
