hey,
I was just wondering what else i can do to increase the speed of my car. i already put headers exhaust and intake. I'm waiting for the res, is there anything else?
Also, when i put my mods in, i really didn't feel a difference in speed. How much did it really do to my car, or did i waste all that money for nothing?
Thanks

somehow i recall that most of the hp you see with those mods come at higher rpm band, ie after vtec and probably in the 5500 to 6000rpm range.

and umm.... does pulleys help? you can also check our the ECS leo is working on (there is a thread in this forum about it)

If you feel like your h/e don't help you with more speed, you can give it to me.

BTW, I have the AEM CAI and I really do feel a difference, especially after VTEC!:wow:

I suggest to go to the nearest drag strip and have some runs... get some timeslips and you would know if those mods are usefull...

well, our car has vtec, and basically when it kicks in it varies the valve timing and boost the performance of the car (at least this is how i understand it). now our cars' vetec kicks in at around 4400rpm, and you can really hear it. this is when your car suddenly become much louder and the enging groaning. this is where really push you into your seat and the car goes
