Factory Chromies?
Factory Chromies?
I think I'm getting these next week at Discount Tire. They do chrome exchange for $600. What do y'all think? I have a Diamond White TLS with body kit. I pretty much decided not to get 18's or 19's chrome at this time. Lot's of traveling coming up the rest of the year. I think 17 chrome (stock) would be my best bet...for now...22's later :p
THE CHROME IS BAD A$$ the sun reflects amaisingly off of them and casts a light show on the car next to you.
I hear you'll lose a bit in the preformance catagory but the bling bling it's well worth it

These would be alloys, with 3 or 4 step chrome plate process. The wheels are Acura OEM wheels, not replicas and have 3 yr warranty. It would be a like for like swap, only chromed. I personally like white cars with chrome. Since the car is so damn bright, the chrome wheels don't jump out at you as much. But there are darker color cars that look tight as a mug with blingies, especially twankies (20's). I really like the style of our stock wheel, just wanted to switch it up a little with the bling. I saw one on a diamond white like mine last year and said, yup, that's for me.
As far as upkeep, these wheels don't have multiple spokes and little crevices, so polishing from time to time will keep them good. Plus, this car won't see winter at all. My Accord will be my snowmobile and will deal with all the salt and junk Minnesota throws on the roads.
