Ext. Warranty for 03 TL-S
I was looking at a 2003 TL-S earlier today out of curiosity.
It does not fall under the ext. transmission warranty.
WarrantyDirect is supposed to be the best with regards to 3rd party warranties, and here's what they quote me:
Extension to 7-yr/100K, top-of-the-line plan:
$1835 ($0 Deductable)
$1624 ($100 Deductable)
Ouch!
Either they've experienced many transmission failures
or they're factoring in the low remainder of the factory warranty (I put in 47,000 as total mileage).
