I have an appointment with service. I'm experiencing slippage with my tranny.

Anyone have great or good experience with the service center at Acura of Manhattan? ?

 

Deal with Brian, If he's still there. I purchased my car from there 8/18/03, before I moved to VA i dealt with him for anything my car needed. Decent guy. He really helped me out.

 

I dealt with Ronnie. Went in for slippage and oil jet. Leaving the dealer with a reman tranny. #2

 

hey mikelee... i bought my car from acura of manhattan...there service center is decent...sometimes they take a little long...but the experience ive had with them replacing my tranny was fine....brian is no longer a service writer and has moved to somewhere in the parts department.... i forget the new guys name....good luck

 

Yea, the other dealership told me it would take 3 days to get a replacement put in. But they told me it would take a week, and that they will only give 3 days for a rental car.
