The Tsudos are your best bet for your budget. They work great and look good.

Precisely.

If you can, spend that $300 to get headers since you'll get a bigger bang for your buck (I'm assuming you want the exhaust for performance/aesthetics and not because your current exhaust is dead).

XS-Power headers need to come back with their 6spd, single flex design at $103 again.

Wow.... that's an extremely good deal.

BTW OP, you are NOT looking for a pair of "exhaust system." You are probably trying to say you are looking for a pair of mufflers. Sorry, had to throw that in.

Try running up to a few local exhaust shops and ask if they can fab a catback up for you I had it done at my local shop for around $275 with 2.5 inch piping welded from the cat back, to a y pipe, then 2.5 inch pipe to 2 magnaflow mufflers. It sounds perfect IMO, and you can have them to build it with you in mind. Just make sure they have a mandrel bender and don't crush bend it.

I live in Daly City, CA. 10 mins away from San Francisco. Do you know any good local exhaust shop around here?

Not around there but I still have my old 3" exhaust. It's non mandrel bent and could use some TLC. I would have to ship it to you in pieces.
