I think the HKS is louder, I've never heard it though. I've got the Comptech and love them. They have a deep hum at the low RPM's and it dies out at higher RPM's. Plus if you get tired of the growl you can always get the silencers.

I haven't seen any good clear pics of the Dragers on the TL so I can't say how it looks or if it fits the car. As far as sound...the Dragers have a much deeper and agressive bass sound than compared to the Comptechs.

Comptech exhausts are very quiet. HKS Draggers are quieter than Comptechs.
