Excessive Valvetrain Noise

Excessive Valvetrain Noise
I have a 1999 3.2TL with just over 51k miles. Since about 40k miles I started to notice excessive valvetrain noise. By now it's gotten so loud that it's annoying. It's starting to sound like a light duty deseil. I do drive the car hard but I change the oil at proper intervals with Mobil 1 Tri-Sythetic and always warm up the engine before driving. I'm thinking my valves are out of adjustment.
I miss the quietness my engine had when I first bought my car. I remember standing next to the front of the car and never knowing it was running.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Granted as the car/engine ages it will fall out of tolerances and adjustment as well as wear causes noise but I feel this is a bit early for this noise. I expect valvetrain noise on a 100k+ mile car. If you've had this problem, did you find a fix or have any ideas as to the cause or possible solution? I can't find much technial information regarding this engine so I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem.

Driving your car hard does eventually give wear and tear to the engine...
You might want to check those valves, it might be your gaskets...
TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP! HAVE THEM FIX IT! ITS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, THEY SOLD YOU THE DAMN CAR. HEHE
