Engine Torque Damper

Has anyone heard of Engine Torque Damper and would this be worth doing to our Cars...

Not sure if they would have much effect on our cars without any form of FI. They are designed primarily to reduce wheel hop and since we cant get all that much without an SC I dont think it would be worth it if you are NA. Also I dont think I have seen any designed for the TL.
