Check your coolant level. Also make sure that it doesn't have air trapped in the system. If that all checks out, then try cleaning your EGR or ISC. But, usually they will throw a code. Another thing to look for would be a possible vacuum leak.

Most likely its the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) you can take it off (its on the bottom of your Throttle Body) and clean it. If it continues you may need a new one.

The coolant should be low or air in it
