engine coolant temp

engine coolant temp

on my 99 i have a engine coolant tempatur sensor. i got a 2000 motor that im putting into it but it doesnt have the coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing so how would i hook that sensor up to the 2000 motor?

maybe the sensor broke of the other engine u put in?

Take the thermostat housing off your old motor and put it on yours

x2, just swap the thermostat housings around and maybe the wiring harness too if the new one doesn't have the cts wiring on it
also the old wiring will be correct for the 4 speed tranny vs. the 5 speed tranny
